Returns
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your products for any reason you have 30 calendar days from the moment your order is placed to return them.
Please email support@zelens.shop if you wish to return an item. We will provide a returns authorization number and a returns form for you to complete. The returns form will have all the information required for you to make the return. Once we receive back your return you will receive a full refund for the items minus any shipping charge (if applicable).
If it has been longer than 30 calendar days since delivery we will not be able to refund you, however please contact our customer care team to find out your options: support@zelens.shop
Only products purchased through zelens.shop may be returned to us. Products purchased through an authorized retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase in accordance with the retailer’s policy.
Defective or missing goods:
If your goods are defective, the parcel arrives damaged or parts of the order are missing, we require full photographic documentation to process your complaint. Please send us the following pictures:
- A picture of the outer carton
- A picture of the shipping label
- Pictures of the damaged or missing products
These images help us to assess the damage and process the complaint as quickly as possible.
Any Other Issues
If there’s anything wrong with your order, you have 30 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. Any issues beyond this date will not be considered.
